The booking is made when we receive a deposit of 25% with the contract filled out. A damage deposit on 100€ in cash will be asked for upon your arrival. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay minus any cleaning charges and costs for damages. The balance of your booking is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We will send you an email to remind you. You MUST indicate the number of people in your party on the contract. We reserve the right to refuse to accommodate extra people and, if we do, they may be charged a surplus payment of 100€ per person per week. All sheets and towels are included.
