To get to Fa is relatively easy. We are lucky to have good access to 5 international airports (see the list below for routes and carriers). By rail the TGV goes to Montpellier and Toulouse, and trains to Carcassonne from there go roughly every 2 hours. If you want to do the whole trip by public transport there is a bus and a small train that goes from Carcassonne to Espéraza (4 times a day), we can pick you up from there. Please note that we do recommend you either hire or have access to a car during your stay.

From Carcassonne, take the D118 in the direction of Limoux and Quillan. Continue though Limoux, following signs for Couiza and Quillan, pass through Couiza. Approximately 1.5 km after Couiza, you will pass an Intermarché super market on your right. Shortly after that there will be a turning on the right to Espéraza, which you should take. Now see directions from Espéraza:

rom Quillan, take the D118 in the direction of Limoux. Pass through Campagne-sur-Aude, and follow the road until you get to a turning on you left for Espéraza which you should take. Now see directions from Espéraza:

rom Espéraza: You will go over a bridge and end up at a T junction, facing the Café de Deux Musées, at which you should turn left, heading to Fa on the D12 (sign posted Rouvenac/Fa). Follow this road crossing the railway line and continue on until you arrive at Fa. At the Café turn left, cross the bridge and the gite is the first house on your right.
